How long does it take for the repair and servicing of my KDK product?

Indoor (Carry-in) Repair
Repairs for indoor products typically take 5–7 business days, subject to parts availability. Once the repair is completed, we will contact you to inform you that your product is ready for collection.

On-site Repair
For on-site repairs, our technician will visit your location to diagnose the issue during the first appointment. If replacement parts are required, a second appointment may be arranged to complete the repair after the necessary parts have been obtained.

The estimated repair timelines above apply only if the required parts are in stock. If any parts need to be specially ordered, our Customer Service team will contact you with the estimated arrival time and provide an updated repair schedule.

What are the servicing charges for KDK products at the Customer Care Centre?

All KDK products received at our Customer Care Centre are subject to a diagnostic and labour fee. After the diagnosis is completed, our Customer Care team will advise you of the repair cost before any repair work is carried out.

*Includes: Air Curtain, Hand Dryer, Industrial Wall Fan, and Industrial Ventilation Fan.

Please note that the diagnostic and labour fee applies to each product submitted for inspection and is charged regardless of whether the repair is carried out.

Can I arrange for my KDK product to be collected and sent to your Customer Care Centre for servicing?

Yes, we offer a collection service for KDK products that require servicing at our Customer Care Centre.

For Normal Size KDK Products*
(Stand Fan, Table Fan, Box Fan, Wall Fan, and Ventilation Fan)

Collection + Servicing: $54.50 (inclusive of GST) per product
Servicing: $32.70
Collection (one-way transportation): $21.80
Return Delivery (Optional): Additional $21.80 (inclusive of GST) for one-way delivery back to your location.

For Large Size KDK Products
(Air Curtain, Hand Dryer, Industrial Wall Fan, and Industrial Ventilation Fan)

Collection + Servicing: $65.40 (inclusive of GST) per product
Servicing: $43.60
Collection (one-way transportation): $21.80

Can I bring products from other brands or overseas KDK products to your Customer Care Centre for servicing or repair?

Our Customer Care Centre provides servicing and repair only for KDK products.

Please note that our service support for KDK fans is strictly limited to units that are officially sold through authorized channels in Singapore.
We unable to service KDK fans purchased from Malaysia or any other overseas market, as these models are not registered under Singapore's regulatory framework.

Am I able to request for you to have the repair and servicing be done at my location (applicable to ceiling fans only)?

Yes, we provide on-site servicing for ceiling fans only.

The on-site diagnosis and transport fee is $70 (inclusive of GST). Please note that this fee covers the diagnosis and transportation only. Any replacement parts and repair costs, if required, will be charged separately on-site.

After-Sales Service Charges

On-Site Charges: $70 per set (applicable to ceiling fans only).

In-House Charges: $32.70 per set (normal size product*, customers are required to bring in item for service)

In-House Charges: $43.60 per set (large size product**, customers are required to bring in item for service)

After-Sales Service Charges are strictly for Diagnosis, Transport and Labour only, cost of spare parts or any mechanism required to repair/service the product

What is covered under the KDK warranty?

Manufacturing defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use

Electrical/electronic components: Issues with internal electrical components (heating element, thermostat, controls, etc.) are covered under warranty during the specified warranty period.

Storage tank integrity (for storage heaters): For storage‑type water heaters, the stainless‑steel tank (or internal tank) is covered under a 5 years warranty than the general product warranty.

Parts and labour (through authorised service centers): Warranty covers both replacement parts and labour, provided service is done by an authorised KDK service centre.

Warranty does not cover the following; not limited to:-

1. Damages resulting from incorrect installation to wrong mains voltage;
2. Repair/services for installation of more than 3.6 metres in height from floor level;
3. Finishes, consumables such as batteries, remote control, fan blades/guards and regulators;
4. Use, other than in accordance with the instructions for operations;
5. Transport and labour charges;
6. Faulty installation or mishandling;
7. Scratches, corrosion, rust, color deterioration and stains;
8. Obstruction caused to access electrical parts/products;
9. Cleaning, reconditioning and lubrication.

$12 per order (online order only)

Payment to be made in advance. Delivery charges inclusive of GST.

For assistance of collection & delivery service for KDK products for servicing, the 2-way transportation fee will be $43.60 inclusive of GST (collection & delivery)

Who should I call if I meet with issues after installation of my ceiling fan?

Installation carried out by our service partners comes with a 3-month workmanship guarantee. If you encounter any issues with your ceiling fan after installation, kindly contact the installer directly.

Can I purchase KDK products from Malaysia?

Please note that KDK products purchased from Malaysia do not come with a recognized warranty against manufacturing defects. Hence, we will not be able to provide any form of support in terms of repair, servicing and sale of spare parts and accessories.

Furthermore, KDK products purchased from Malaysia are not affixed with the Safety Mark. This means that their products have not undergone the rigorous testing requirements by Enterprise Singapore.
