How do I make a purchase on the KDK Online Store?

1. Select the product you wish to purchase and click on "Add to cart" on the relevant product information page.

2. You can continue shopping after adding a product to your cart. When you finish selecting products, go to your shopping cart and click on "Checkout".

3. Sign in to your KDK Account or create an account by entering your email address & password and select “Continue”.

4. Enter your shipping and payment information.

5. Click on “Checkout” to pay and place your order. Order is completed when you see an order completion message. An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, please check your junk email or spam folder. Alternatively, log in to your KDK Account to see your order summary.

How do I get free delivery?

Free delivery is available for orders over $300. For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of $10 will apply.

Can I check out as a guest?

You will have to create an account in order to place order so that we can send you an order confirmation email. Under your account, you can use it to check on your order and your rewards.

How can I confirm if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation email for successful order transactions. Please check your junk email or spam folder. Alternatively, log in to your My Account to see your order summary.
