What is covered under the KDK warranty?

Manufacturing defects: Any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
Electrical/electronic components: Issues with internal electrical components (heating element, thermostat, controls, etc.) are covered under warranty during the specified warranty period.
Storage tank integrity (for storage heaters): For storage‑type water heaters, the stainless‑steel tank (or internal tank) is covered under a 5 years warranty than the general product warranty.
Parts and labour (through authorised service centers): Warranty covers both replacement parts and labour, provided service is done by an authorised KDK service centre.
Warranty does not cover the following; not limited to:-
1. Damages resulting from incorrect installation to wrong mains voltage;
2. Repair/services for installation of more than 3.6 metres in height from floor level;
3. Finishes, consumables such as batteries, remote control, fan blades/guards and regulators;
4. Use, other than in accordance with the instructions for operations;
5. Transport and labour charges;
6. Faulty installation or mishandling;
7. Scratches, corrosion, rust, color deterioration and stains;
8. Obstruction caused to access electrical parts/products;
9. Cleaning, reconditioning and lubrication.
