What are the servicing charges for KDK products at the Customer Care Centre?

All KDK products received at our Customer Care Centre are subject to a diagnostic and labour fee. After the diagnosis is completed, our Customer Care team will advise you of the repair cost before any repair work is carried out.

Diagnostic and Labour Fees (Inclusive of GST)

Normal Size KDK Products*
$32.70 per product
*Includes: Stand Fan, Table Fan, Box Fan, Wall Fan, Orbital Fan, and Ventilation Fan.

Large Size KDK Products
$43.60 per product
*Includes: Air Curtain, Hand Dryer, Industrial Wall Fan, and Industrial Ventilation Fan.

Please note that the diagnostic and labour fee applies to each product submitted for inspection and is charged regardless of whether the repair is carried out.
