How can I troubleshoot common issues during installation?

What should I do if the power isn’t working?
Press the ELB button. When the orange indicator slides down, push it back up and try switching on the power again.
- If you cannot push it back up, this may indicate an installation or wiring issue. Please check that all connections are properly secured, or whatsapp us at 94629687 for assistance.

Why is water leaking from the safety valve (drain valve end)?
This valve is a pressure relief valve, so occasional water leakage is normal. To manage this, connect a 10 mm hose from the valve to your drain to safely direct the water away.

Can I install a KDK Storage heater on the partition wall?

No, KDK Storage heaters can only be installed on concrete walls.

Can I install KDK Storage Heaters in my false ceiling?

Yes, installation is possible as long as your false ceiling has at least 500mm of clearance. This space is required for safe mounting and proper servicing of the heater. If the clearance is less than 500mm, the installation unfortunately cannot be carried out.

Can my KDK Storage Heater be ceiling mounted?

No, KDK Storage Heaters are designed for wall mounting only and cannot be installed on the ceiling. This ensures safe and proper operation.

Can I install a KDK water heater myself?

For your safety and peace of mind, installation must be done by a PUB-licensed plumber. This ensures your water heater is installed correctly and meets Singapore’s water supply regulations.
