Can I use my Climate vouchers at the Showroom?

Yes! You can use your NEA Climate Vouchers at our showroom located at 18 Genting Road, Singapore 349477. Please ensure you have the following ready:
1. Claimed Voucher: Have your voucher ready, either on your phone or printed. After claiming, you’ll be led to a page with a unique QR Code voucher with the amount indicated.

2. Proof of Address: Bring a proof of address that matches the address on the voucher, such as your NRIC, utility bill, bank statement, or any government-issued letter showing your residence.

Can I purchase KDK Products at our Showroom?

Yes, you will be able to do so. However, you will not be able to collect your purchase immediately. You may choose to self-collect your purchase on another day or have it delivered to you at a charge of $10 (inclusive of GST) per trip.

What modes of payment are available at our Showroom & Customer Care Centre?

We accept NETS, Paynow & Credit Cards (for purchases over $50) for your convenience.
